I’ll never forget this day — the very first wedding we hosted here at Langkawi Country Lodge, inside our brand-new Villa Harapan (which means hope). 💛

It was such a joy to watch the villa come alive with love, laughter, and tradition. Our little team worked so hard — from setting up the space to serving a beautiful meal — and seeing it all come together was truly magical.

What made this wedding unforgettable was the fusion of two worlds: North African and Malaysian traditions. Guests were gifted bunga telur (a boiled egg wrapped in flowers) — a symbol of fertility, prosperity, and blessings — and the air rang with the joyful zaghruta, a sound of pure celebration.

I felt so honoured to witness every moment. This was just the beginning, and I look forward to opening our doors to many more love stories in the future. 🌿✨
