Eneko Elosegui Armendariz is a highly accomplished endurance coach and professional triathlete with an impressive international track record. He has coached athletes from 15 countries, guiding over 100 professional and amateur competitors to success across cycling, triathlon, and trail running. His coaching achievements include managing the Caja Rural Alea Development Cycling Team, producing national champions in Oman, Malaysia, Egypt, and Costa Rica, and leading multiple UCI champions. In triathlon, he developed top-ranked teams, coached athletes to 12 Pro Ironman Top 10 finishes, and supported 14 qualifiers for the Hawaii Ironman Championship. His trail running athletes have secured more than 25 victories, including a Junior World Champion title and podiums in Sky Running Series and UTMB. 

As a professional athlete himself, Eneko has finished over 45 full-distance Ironman races with 30 Top 10 international results. Holding degrees in Sport Science and Architecture, along with a Master’s in Endurance Coaching, he combines technical expertise, innovation, and a strong motivational approach to elevate individual and team performance worldwide
