In August 2024 when we decided to add breakfast in our Room Rate, we carefully discussed with our team regarding who would be involved and the menu..

One thing for sure we wanted it to be different and want all our guests to enjoy their breakfast and mingle around to get to know each other like one big family.

I still remember my mother’s advice just before I got married 23 years ago..She said, one of the ways to keep your husband to love you is by taking care of his stomach, which means I have to be a good cook so I only serve food that will make him happy  

Using the same methodology I apply it in our menu.. seriously, carefully choosing ingredients and menus that cover local and international expectations. 

And we choose only those that enjoy cooking & serving to be in our kitchen team..Now I smile every time I hear they are working happily while teasing each other, singing and smiling while servicing our guests sincerely from their hearts..

What motivates us and most satisfying part having our guest texting us on how much they enjoy our delicious breakfast
